Vangelis
Evangelos Odysseas Papathanassiou, or Vangelis, is a Greek composer born on March 29, 1943. His scores include Chariots of Fire (1981), Blade Runner (1982), and 1492: Conquest of Paradise (1992). In 1982, he won an Oscar for Best Original Score for the movie Chariots of Fire.
