Howlin' Wolf Records proudly presents Christoph Allerstorfer's score for THE JACK IN THE BOX: RISES (2024). The third film in THE JACK IN THE BOX series, written and directed by Lawrence Fowler, stars Isabella Colby Browne as Raven who is sent to an exclusive girl's boarding school in search of the ancient artifact that holds the malevolent and powerful demon "Jack." Christoph Allerstorfer composes and conducts a large chamber orchestra to bring this dark and sinister film to life.
Film music critic John Mansell writes, "The composer creates a lavish and powerful symphonic score that supports and punctuates the narrative wonderfully. The score is superbly crafted and has to it a dark but at the same time lush and thematic musical persona that rises to near operatic levels at key moments within the movie."
