Markus Lehmann-Horn, born in Munich in 1977, is a composer who has won awards in both classical and operatic music, as well as film music. His extensive oeuvre includes over 50 film music compositions for national and international productions, with a focus on documentaries.
This release was also written for a series of ZDF documentaries, which comprise several episodes of the "Fascination of Water" theme in "Terra X." Presenter Uli Kunz explores the secrets of water, manta rays, pink dolphins, and famous waterfalls. Shot in unique locations around the world, dazzling yet scientifically illuminating, the impressive images provide an ideal foundation for the equally colorful and diverse music presented on this CD.
With a running time of approximately 51 minutes, the accompanying CD booklet comprises eight pages with equally impressive illustrations. We hope you enjoy listening to the music.
