Most CDs are presented by the manufacturers in plastic jewel cases. Many travel great distances from a variety of distributors and wholesalers throughout the world. Given that they are made of plastic, it's amazing how many of them actually arrive unblemished. However, the occasional cracked jewel case will appear. Where practical we try to replace these with a new case. If you receive a re-wrapped CD it is for this reason and remains new unless specified otherwise. All CDs are fully guaranteed.
Our shipping boxes come in the following sizes: single-disc, four (4) discs, ten (10) discs, twenty (20) discs, and thirty (30) discs. Please keep these sizes in mind as you order if you would like to maximize your mailbox space. Thank you!

If a disc is defective it can be returned for a replacement copy, a refund, or credit, whichever you prefer. It is not necessary to ask permission prior to returning a defective disc but returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice or the guarantee will be void. We cannot be responsible for returned goods lost in the mail. Can I pay for my order with PayPal?
Yes. Simply place your order through the website and select PayPal as payment method in the Payment Information section. How do I order through the website and pay by check or money order?
There is no way to submit an order through the website without immediate payment (i.e. credit card or PayPal). To order by check or money order, simply click on the printable order form
and print it out. Then fill it out and mail it in with your payment. How do I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel an order, but at this time it must be done via email. Send us an email
at email@example.com and request to have your order cancelled. Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
If you received an order confirmation email, but haven't received a notice of order fulfillment, it is probably because something in your order is on backorder. You can double-check by viewing the item page on our site, we will always note next to the price if an item is out of stock and when we hope to get it back in stock. Unfortunately for backordered items we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you would like to remove the backordered item from your order so that the rest of your order can ship earlier, just email us
with your information and we will make it happen. Is there a tracking number for my order?
Yes, when your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notice email that will have a USPS tracking number for your order. How long should I wait before emailing about a missing package?
Generally 2 weeks for orders within the United States, 3 weeks for Canada or Mexico, and 4 weeks for the rest of the world. How much will shipping cost for my order?
The shipping amount is calculated automatically when you place the order through the website. Please be sure to select the correct shipping method for your location (USA First Class Mail for the United States, Europe Air Mail for Europe, Canada Air Mail for Canada, etc). If we receive an order with the incorrect shipping method, unfortunately we cannot change the order to fix it and will have to cancel your order. Shipping Rates (effective August 1 2019)

Due to changes in International Postage Rates, it has become necessary to change our shipping rates for non-US orders. The most significant change is in orders containing 2-6 discs. The postage rates for those packages have increased. The new shipping rates are as follows:

As part of our 30th Anniversary milestone, we are thrilled to announce the launch of a customer loyalty program. Starting August 25, 2015, all purchases will earn 1 point for every $20 spent, and every point can be redeemed for $1 off future purchases. You will be automatically enrolled when you create an account with us, and you will automatically earn points as you make purchases. To redeem your points, you will see an option under your "My Account" page for "Loyalty Program." There you can view your current points balance and redeem points. When you redeem points, in any amount, you will be emailed a gift certificate code. Enter this code the next time you checkout (there will be an option to enter a gift certificate), and your total due will be reduced by the gift certificate amount entered.
