Bill Conti reprises main theme from first mini-series, then expands with new material. Conti writes unusually large volume of themes for variety of characters. Many are standouts. Civil war battle music makes appearance as well but continues in highly melodic manner of other material. Rich score! Bill Conti conducts. Limited edition of 1500 copies.
